STARRY

Based on the correspondence between Vincent van Gogh and his brother Theo, Starry is an earnest take on their inspiring, heartbreaking, and transcendental story of perseverance, belief, and the power of expression.

The project that originally brought the writing team of composer-lyricist Matt Dahan and dramatist-lyricist Kelly Lynne D'Angelo together has been showcased as a part of the Foundation of New American Musical's Musi-Cal and Third Monday cabarets in 2017-18 in Los Angeles. It was selected to participate in the 2018 She L.A. Arts summer theatre festival, and bowed at LA's Rockwell Table & Stage in August 2018.
