Break: The Musical, a web series created by writer Mary Bonney and songwriter-lyricist Matt Dahan, has won Best Original Soundtrack at the eighth annual Independent Series Awards in Los Angeles. Matt - who was also nominated for Best Original Score and twice for Best Original Song (for 'Print' and 'Just At The Start,' also written by Mary Bonney) - was on hand to accept the award and perform his nominated songs with the cast of the musical.

Break was also nominated for Best Series: Comedy and Best Actress: Comedy.
